I've asked for permission to use a few codes here and there, and each code is mentioned several times throughout the readme and CNS. Aside from those codes, my own code and character sounds are open source.

On a side note, I usually include the my character's spritesheet along with their files as a backup. This makes it very easy for me (or anyone else) to quickly create or edit additional sprites, then afterwards convert them to PCX and add them to the character's SFF. If anyone plans on using the spritesheets for their own projects, I would like to be notified in advance. Especially if you have any plans on releasing an update of any kind.

Summary Tongue:
While my code is free to use without permission, my spritesheets require that I be notified before they can be used publicly. Codes that I haven't created myself are clearly marked in the CNS and Readme files.

Just to set the record straight, there is one person that already has permission to use Alex Kidd's spritesheet. He goes by "H Hog".

Might as well add me in the NO SIR list.
Also, I don't see my characters listed anymore on RS. Probably because the database is gone.

I only have one thing out, but I'd still like to be added to the "isn't" open source list

Because RS got h4x'ed and they removed your stuff.
I think KFM restored it already.

DiscoInferno (Green Ranger only)

Thread is called "who is and who isn't", not "what is and what isn't" open source. Tongue If it's going to be a single piece of work, might as well list it somewhere else IMO.

In truth you have to mention what is and what isn't to leave out any unknowns from an author or stuff left in the air, as all of this is sorted by author Tongue

Nees a "except CvS2 system effects" note after my name or something.

And Warusaki speaks English (for those wondering).
