2- The creations you post are yours. If you didn't write your own code, obtain permission of its original writer. If the sprites you use are edited by someone else, obtain the permission of the artist. If they were just a straight rip, see if they were open source or not. In the case they were not, get permission from the ripper. Otherwise credit is enough. In most cases sprite sheets state what you can and can't do with them. If that does not satisfy you, you're free to rip your own sheet and put your own rules on them.
3- You shall not post links leading to warehouse sites. A warehouse type site is a website that stores items without the original author's agreement, in this case mugen content. Think of them as those sites that store illegal music, movies, links to torrent files or other content. We don't want any illegal activities here.
